In today's episode we introduce you an upcoming artist from Los Angeles, California : Flowest !
We interviewed him few days ago :
" My father introduced me into rap music since I was a kid with artist like Eminem, 2pac, Soop Dog, and the notorious B.I.G.
That made me write my own rhymes since I was like 7 or 8 years old and my cousin used to make rap music so he was like my first “inspiration” in this, but I can say my music influences are Nirvana (specially Kurt Cobain), Linkin Park, XXXTENTACION and Eminem.
I started to do freestyle when I was 12 years old and I had never taken it seriously until quarantine started.
I had to distract myself from my thoughts because they were killing and write poetry or a song was my only way to get out of them or it was the way that I could express those feelings.
I knew that I could put my feelings into something that I really liked to do. So I bought a microphone and everything is history. "
Flowest is truly an artist apart from others in the rap scene, and that's why you should follow him !
